Ms. Afrika Abney studied visual art from various art institutions. This slideshow contains some illustrations that were captured by Ms. Abney many years ago. However, she has donated this illustrations many years ago.
Ms. Afrika Abney has had the opportunity to use her formal training and education to provide art instruction to numerous students throughout the Washington, D. C.. region. Some of her previous projects include Higher Achievement's Summer Camp Academy (2003- 2004), and in 2013 and Young Playwrights' Theatre (YPT) SoJam Program (2012-2013).
